Nice set of old shiny silver Christmas balls in fine glass in their box. They are shaped in the tradition of mercury glass; this "money of the poor" which consists in covering the inside of glass objects with silver nitrate and then with mercury in the 1850s. Their attachments are made of fine embossed metal hats.
